Auction Tips:

How to take part in an Online Auction:

1.    You need to register.

2.    Our administrator wil e-mail you a 'Register to bid-form'.

3.    Complete the form, together with a copy of your ID and fax it to: +2741-373 2722.

4.    You will be issued with an authorized code.  This entitles you to bid on any 'Status Auctions & Real Estate' auction.

5.    Now you can bid!

PLEASE NOTE:

Read the 'Conditions of Sale' contract for every auction you wish to participate in very carefully, it could vary from auction to auction.

What to do at an Auction:

1.   Inspect the property fully on the preview day, or before the auction day.  Remembering that Auction sales are non-suspensive and 'voetstoots'.

2.   Listen carefully when the 'Conditions of Sale' are red out.

3.   Ask any relevant questions before the Auction officially starts.

4.   Watch, listen and bid only when you are comfortable to do so.

5.   On the preview day ask us how we can be of assistance in arranging finance, should it be required.
