One has only to consider the investments made by corporate America over the past fifteen years to appreciate the commitment by corporate leaders to use technology to improve their business effectiveness. The evolution of business systems has been at a fast pace, and companies that have stayed behind in technology have been upstaged by technology leaders. For example, specific processes fine-tuned over many years that were initially considered applicable only to manufacturing companies, have eventually found their way into other market segments such as financials, pharmaceuticals, high-tech and others. Although by no means a completed effort, basic business processes dealing with customers, vendors and employees have systematically been improved through technology that respectively manages customer relationships, supply chains and employees.
Our initial projects target business processes that will offer immediate impact and rewards. As we continue to engineer our roadmap of targeted optimization opportunities, we prioritize our projects in terms of high-impact, reasonable cost and low risk of implementation.
Initial projects targeted:

Gaming Data Integration |
| |
Casinos continuously gather data
from gaming machines. This data is used to analyze and
respond to the habits of the most valuable players. Currently,
the time taken to collect the data, analyze the data and put
it to meaningful use makes the casino reactive as opposed to
proactive in servicing their players. VegasSys has identified
and is making investments in companies that allow casinos to
serve their most valuable players in real-time. |

Casino and Lodging Management Systems Integration |
| |
Casino Management Systems and Lodging Management Systems have many integration points, but still there are very few examples of these systems operating seamlessly to deliver on the promise of interoperability. We will pursue solutions that have been proven in various industries and that provide critical business intelligence to business leaders on a real-time basis. |

Customer Relationship Management integrated to Gaming Machines in Real Time |
| |
Understanding how, where, when and what customers buy has been a key factor in Wal-Mart becoming the largest company in the world. In contrast, there are several gaps in how casinos perceive their customers, with specific challenges relative to understanding players that are not registered under a player tracking system but that contribute an estimated 30% of casino gaming revenues. |
